Great Deals for 2010

Buyer’s Market, Bottom of the Market, Distressed Sales, Have to Sell, Foreclosures, Blood in the Water are some of the terms we’ve heard over the past two years. There has certainly been a lot of caution and waiting which has left the market stagnant for the past two years or more. What has occurred as a result, is that price is driving sales. We have seen good consistent sales of homes that reflect quality and that have been priced appropriately sell over the past 3 months. Update on the Peaks Resort and Spa
