The big news of the month, year and this newsletter is by all means, the sale of the Peaks Resort and Spa.! The excitement and expectations leading up to the announcement have been met with confirmation that Telluride’s Landmark Hotel will be owned by local investors, managed by a wonderful, professional hotel management group and new units are for sale at the most attractive prices!
There have been some significant sales at the end of 2009. We had the townhomes at Courcheval listed in November. All six units went under contract in about two weeks. These were bank owned sales representing new product at great prices.

General Manager – Brent Truax was with the Canyon Ranch in Tucson prior to coming to Telluride. His experience in resort and spa management is extensive.
A new restaurant next to the Great Room is in the works and a complete renovation is scheduled for the spring.
The Real Estate
